Barboursville Wine Dinner

Join us at Tarrant's West for a wine dinner partnered with Barboursville Vineyards! Enjoy a four course meal created by Chef Caleb Jones. All courses prepared and paired with wines from Barboursville Vineyards. This event proudly supports the Chesapeake Bay Foundation which aims to "Save the Bay and its waterways by educating, uniting, and inspiring people to take action". First Course Chesapeake-Style Crab Caesar Crabcake croutons served on a traditional caesar salad with parmesan and caesar dressing, served with a charred lemon, and paired with Barboursville Vermentino contains shellfish, egg, wheat, fish, dairy, and soy Second Course Coconut Shrimp Coconut shrimp served with a sweet chili aioli and paired with Barboursville Chardonnay contains shellfish, egg, wheat, seasame, and soy Third Course Pan-Seared Halibut Pan-seared Cab-Franc marinated Halibut with chesapeake style couscous and a lemon butter, paired with Barboursville Cabernet Franc contains fish, wheat, soy, and dairy Fourth Course Peach Crisp Peaches caramelized with Rose and topped with caramel and a cinnamon oat brown butter topping, served with vanilla bean ice cream and paired with Barboursville Rose contains wheat, dairy, and tree nuts Please call the restauarant with any dietary restrictions prior to the event!
