RESET

Led by Joanna Nichols, LCSW, this small-group experience uses focused attention, relaxation, and clinical hypnosis techniques in a comfortable, supportive setting. You’ll remain awake and in control throughout the experience. There’s no performance, no entertainment, and no making anyone quack like a duck. Just an opportunity to step away from the noise for a little while and experience what focused relaxation can feel like. No previous experience with hypnosis is needed. RESET is limited to 15 participants to keep the experience small and comfortable. Important Information This is an educational and experiential wellness group, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and is not a substitute for care from your physician or mental health provider.
