Throughout the class, Ava will share her story, the journey behind building Crave’s bar program, and the techniques, tips, and tricks that have defined her award-winning approach to cocktails. This is more than just a class—it’s a behind-the-bar look into the creativity, precision, and passion that go into every drink we serve. We’ll begin with a welcome pour of one of Crave’s signature clarified cocktails, introducing you to one of the most unique cocktail experiences in town. Then you and a partner will take your own designated station, set with Crave-approved bar equipment, and build two brand new fall cocktails step-by-step. Along the way, Ava will walk you through proper measuring, balance, and cocktail construction—giving you tools you can take home and actually use.
