Asiago is an Italian cheese made from cow's milk and has a nutty, sweet and creamy flavor that deepens as it ages. It is great eaten early In this hands on class you will make Asiago cheese and take home about an 8 ounce wheel of cheese to age and eventually eat! Asiago is a great Italian cheese that is full of flavor. Asiago adds great flavor to any Italian dish it is also great on a cheese board. Class Fee = $60 Maximum class size = 12
