Empowerment Workshop: Self-Defense

This event is open to women, femme adults, and women caregivers. Teens of all genders are also welcome to participate. Younger children are welcome in the onsite childcare at EmpowerME, the licensed preschool/childcare location in the clubhouse adjacent to Woodlake Park. Event Agenda • 9:15 – 9:25 AM: Check-In, Waivers, & Child Drop-Off • Arrive, check in at the welcome table, and drop off children at EmpowerME Preschool & Childcare (pre-registered only). • 9:30 AM: Instruction begins • 11:00 AM: Q&A begins • 11:30 AM: Childcare ends Childcare Single Mom Strong proudly hosts EmpowerME Preschool & Childcare, a licensed provider with on-site classroom space. While you enjoy the presentation, your child (ages 2 and potty-trained through 12) can have fun in a safe, engaging environment with other kids. Pre-registration is required for childcare, as space is limited. Drop-Off Instructions Please arrive at 9:15 AM to check in with a staff member and complete a Liability Release form.
