Healing with Horses & Sound

An Equine Sound Bath Experience An Equine Sound Bath Experience Experience deep relaxation in a way that can only happen when the healing power of sound meets the quiet wisdom of horses. Join Soul-Fi Sound Healing & Wellness and Equisoul Mind & Body for a one-of-a-kind outdoor sound bath experience on a peaceful horse rescue ranch in Wilton, California. Nestled beneath a covered gathering space and surrounded by the beauty of nature, you'll relax comfortably in your own camp/zero gravity chair while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, Native flute, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Throughout the experience, the rescued horses remain free to graze, rest, observe, or simply be themselves. There is no riding or structured interaction—just the opportunity to share space with these remarkable animals as they move naturally around their home. Many people describe horses as extraordinary teachers of presence. Their calm, intuitive nature has an incredible way of helping us slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves. Within many healing traditions, horses are even affectionately called energy healers because of the profound sense of peace and energetic release people often experience in their presence. Over the years, I have witnessed horses instinctively approach people during moments of deep emotional release and have experienced what feels like a shift in the energy of a space simply through their quiet, grounded presence. Whether you view this through a spiritual lens, the science of co-regulation, or simply the calming effect of being in nature with these magnificent animals, there is something undeniably special about sharing space with the herd. Combined with the restorative vibrations of sound healing, this creates an experience unlike a traditional indoor sound bath—one that invites your nervous system to slow down, your mind to become still, and your body to deeply rest. Your Experience Includes: • A gentle guided meditation to help you arrive and settle in • A 60-minute immersive multi-instrument sound bath • The peaceful presence of Equisoul's rescued horse herd • Time for tea, quiet reflection & integration before heading home No prior experience with sound baths or horses is necessary. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to receive whatever the experience offers you. Please Bring: A camping Chair, zero gravity chair or any chair that will help you relax A blanket for warmth A pillow for additional comfort (optional) Water bottle Comfortable clothing and layers appropriate for the weather Because this experience takes place on an active horse rescue ranch, we ask all guests to help us preserve the peaceful environment by respecting the horses, the land, and any guidance provided by our facilitators. Whether you're seeking stress relief, nervous system restoration, emotional renewal, or simply a peaceful evening in nature, we invite you to discover the unique harmony that unfolds when horses and sound come together. We look forward to welcoming you.
