Sushi-Making 101 **Let’s Get Rolling!** Discover the art of sushi-making and bring your culinary skills to new heights in this fun, hands-on cooking class! In this casual, social environment, you’ll learn how to prepare sushi from scratch, including making the rice and accompanying sauces. We’ll guide you through the steps to make three unique rolls: a California roll, a Mango and Salmon roll, and Vegetable hand roll, also known as temaki. No experience necessary! We provide all the equipment and fresh ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. Our classes are designed to be approachable and fun for everyone—whether you’re an enthusiastic sushi lover or a first-time sushi maker who just wants to try something new. We prepare your station with all supplies, so it’s a super easy activity for team building with coworkers, socializing with friends, or enjoying a date night. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!
