Sac Town’s Yoga, Rnb, and Chill Experience-Come for a yoga class and stay to chill and shop with local food, drink, and self-care vendors! Welcome to Sac Town's Yoga, Rnb, and Chill Experience! What to expect: Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro, come join us for an evening of relaxation, self-care, and a good playlist right here in Sac Town. We'll start with a complimentary tea social, move to a 30 min Vinyasa Yoga class meant to challenge the body, then wind down for a 30 min Yin Yoga class for a mind and body connection. After stay to chill, listen to good music, shop with local vendors ! Every ticket comes with complimentary tea and bites. Bites include side of your choice between Coconut Shrimp or Veggie Rolls provided by Calabash Caribbean. Remember: Bring your mat, your friends, and come ready to chill out and do some yoga!
