About the ServSafe® Manager Class with Online Exam This ServSafe® Food Protection Manager lecture and presentation is designed for managers with supervisory responsibilities in the food industry. The presentation is based on the ServSafe® 7th Edition Manager Book. You will learn about food borne illness, what employees must know to prevent it and other food safety and sanitation standards and protocols. Earn the nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association. The topics covered in this presentation are personal hygiene, food borne illness, receiving, storage, preparing, serving food, and other food safety regulations. Includes updates in the FDA food code and meets regulatory requirements for the State of California. The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification exam is accredited by American National Standards Institute-(ANSI) Conference for Food Protection-(CFP) and is proctored by a registered ServSafe® Examination Proctor. Communicating with anyone outside the classroom is forbidden during the class, before, during, and after the exam and is grounds for ejection without attempt at the exam.
