Somatic & Sound Luncheon Experience with Alpacas!

Somatic & Sound Luncheon Experience 🦙🌿 Come spend a Sunday afternoon doing something a little different. Set against the open skies and rolling landscape of Belvoir Mine Alpacas in Auburn, CA, this intimate gathering brings together somatic practice, therapeutic sound, good food, nature, and connection for an experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply enjoy being present. We’ll begin by settling into the meadow before moving through a guided somatic experience woven with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, breath, gentle movement, and moments of stillness. No experience is necessary, simply come as you are. Afterward, we’ll shift from restoration to nourishment with a relaxed picnic-style lunch from Wartime Frank’s, featuring a frank, chips, and beverage. Then the afternoon is yours: linger on the farm, spend some time with the alpacas, wander the grounds, connect with community, and explore the Alpaca Boutique.
