Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Workshop

Shape 8–10 sourdough cinnamon rolls with friends and family, then take them home to bake later or freeze for the holidays. Join this in-person sourdough cinnamon roll workshop with friends and family. Make 8–10 cinnamon rolls in a 9-inch pan to bake at home the next day or freeze and bake later during the holidays. The dough will be prepared ahead of time. During class, you’ll shape it, add the cinnamon sugar mixture, and assemble the rolls. You’ll also take home a cream cheese topping to add after baking and a recipe with instructions. We’ll discuss each step involved in making the dough and answer your questions. Class details • The class is nonrefundable because of the preparation and time involved. • You may transfer your spot to another participant with at least 24 hours’ notice. • The class requires at least 5 participants. If fewer sign up, you’ll receive a full refund. • Class size is limited to 15 participants.
