Imagine an evening with a warm cup of tea, meaningful conversations and something beautiful taking shape in your hands. A little room to breathe and pause. Welcome to InnerG & Flow’s first Wellness Jewelry Workshops: Make & Take Moments, centered around creativity, welness and intentional living. Join us this month for our theme, Balance & Harmony.. Create a piece that using color therapy technology and nature-inspired materials, explore colors and natural elements as tools for intention setting, mindfulness and self-expression. Your jewelry becomes a wearable reminder of what you want to welcome into your life. Throughout the evening, for each workshop enjoy: 6:30 to 7:00 PM: Tea, Talk & Flow | Soft Introduction | Write & Release Reflection 7:00 to 8:00 PM: Make & Take Mindful Jewelry Moment | Smoke/Spray Cleansing (Optional) 8:00 to 8:30 PM: Guided/Sound Healing Meditation | Write & Recieve Reflection | Care & Closure Every activity is optional. This is your time! Participate in the ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to you. Facilitated by Flow, a natural-born intuitive, creative wellness and energy practitioner, and Harmony, a sound healer and qigong facilitator, this experience blends playful creativity and nature-inspired practices with space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
