Silent Heat at Silverwood Park | 612 Sauna Cooperative

Join us for a silent, meditative sauna session at Silverwood Park. During this silent sauna session, guests will be asked to keep talking and noise to a minimum. This session will be free from added scents and essential oils. Your sauna session will consist of several self-guided hot & cold rounds. For many people, this will look like 10-20 minutes in the hot room, followed by a cool down outside. Your body will tell you when it’s time to move. We aim to keep the sauna a toasty 180 to 200°F. • The sauna will be located in the main parking lot near the Visitor Center • Sessions are 90 minutes long • Each session is capped at 9 people • Cold plunges are a short walk away in Silver Lake • Come ready to sauna or you can use our changing area • The sauna is operated by a trained host. All you need to do is show up and enjoy! What to Bring: • Bathing suit or light, comfortable clothing to wear in the sauna (required) • Water bottle • Towel to sit on • Flip-flops to wear during cool downs Health & Safety Help us keep our community healthy by staying home if you’re feeling sick. We clean our benches and sanitize high touch surfaces between each session. Please leave alcohol at home. It’s not permitted inside the sauna. 612 Sauna Cooperative Code The Sauna Cooperative Code has been created to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable sauna and can be immersed in the health benefits of the activity, and can be summarized as follows: At the 612 Sauna Co-op, our intention is to support a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space to enjoy the health and community benefits of sauna.
