Join us for this free class and receive a planning guide to help you talk with your loved ones about end-of-life decisions. Class participants will be able to: • Better understand the medical decisions you may face one day • Understand the Advance Directive form - a legal document • Prepare your family before a crisis Family members are encouraged to attend together
