As an accredited Veteran Advocate with the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs (ODVA) and a military spouse, Dr. Moore brings personal lived experience, professional practitioner insight, and academic research to military workforce integration. Her doctoral dissertation research focused on comprehensive corporate strategies to enhance U.S. veteran retention, bridging the gap between civilian corporate culture and military dynamics.
