Salt Lake City's Luxury Halloween Event Fear Has Never Looked So Fashionable. Thrillers Ball returns to downtown Salt Lake City for its third year — bringing together cinematic horror, high fashion and luxury nightlife for one unforgettable Halloween experience. This is not your typical Halloween costume party. Created for adults who love Halloween but also appreciate the finer things — great cocktails, beautiful spaces, getting dressed up, going out on the town and making a night of it — Thrillers Ball transforms the historic Commercial Club into a dark, glamorous world inspired by the icons of horror cinema. This year's theme, Icons of the Night, asks one question: What if horror's most infamous became fashion's most iconic? Think Met Gala meets horror movie. Guests are encouraged to reinterpret legendary villains, scream queens, vampires, gothic characters and cinematic nightmares through an elevated, fashion-forward lens. Freddy in couture.
