A Soundbath for World Peace

Peace is not something we wait for. It returns to us, together, note by note. We gather at Crystal Tones in Salt Lake City, as Shannon van Staden of AKI Sound Studio journeys from Brussels, playing a beautiful selection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® from Crystal Tones' own showroom. Each bowl carries its own frequency, moving through skin and bone until the nervous system softens and the mind lets go. What surfaces is only forgotten: the frequency of you. There is a particular power in doing this together. One bowl moves a body, a room of us moves something larger, hearts entrained to the same slow rhythm, each breath adding to the peace we hold as one.
