Awakening Shakti- An Autumn Feminine Embodiment Exploration

A Somatic Journey Home to Yourself What happens when you create space to actually f e e l yourself? Awakening Shakti is an invitation to come home to your body—to deeply listen, awaken your senses, source safety from within, feel freedom in your muscles & tissues, and embody the wisdom that is you. In this experiential workshop for women, we will explore feminine embodiment through somatic awareness, sensual awakening, glute & hip activation, embodied movement & expression, & unravel the art of shake. Rather than performing for anyone else, we’ll explore what it feels like to move for yourself—to feel, express, & experience your body as a source of pleasure, power, information, & magic. Together, we’ll explore what happens when we begin to listen to sensation, trust intuition, follow impulse, & allow the body to lead. We’ll play with expression and discover the difference between thinking who you are & feeling who you are. Sensuality becomes a pathway to deeper connection to self & life. Movement becomes a pathway to expression & liberation. Embodiment becomes a pathway to trust & authenticity. And confidence becomes the freedom to fully inhabit all of your aliveness. Come awaken your senses, move what wants to move, listen to what your body is saying, trust what you feel, experience the confidence within.
