Before that came decades inside an operating company at Ultradent, and a run as chief of staff at Younique. Today she runs Sego Leadership, which spent eleven years as the Women's Leadership Institute of Utah before relaunching under the new name last month. 1,400 women, 100 companies, eleven counties.
