To close Salt Lake Design Week, we’re bringing together women who have built influential careers across design, technology, business, and creative leadership for a candid conversation about power, ambition, money, risk, and what it means to lead. We’ll talk about the decisions that move careers forward: asking for more, betting on yourself, navigating rooms where you may be underestimated, developing creative authority, taking risks without knowing whether they’ll pay off, and deciding what success actually looks like on your own terms.
