Full description from organizerShow less
Most of us were never taught how to listen without fixing, judging or waiting for our turn to talk. An empathy circle is a simple, guided way to practice it with a small group of people who want the same thing. How it works: • We start with a short guided meditation to settle in. • A quick mood check-in, so everyone knows where the room is. • A light warm-up to get comfortable speaking. • Then the heart of it: people take turns sharing what's on their mind while one person listens and reflects back what they heard. You get to experience what it feels like to be truly understood, and to practice offering that to someone else.$11 suggested donation.
