Chill out vibes with soothing sounds—drop in, donate what you can, and soak in the good energy live! 🎶 Where the rhythm of the heart meets the melody of the soul. Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeply restorative sonic journey. In this immersive sound bath experience, master sound healer Doug will guide you through waves of healing vibration using crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, drum, and sacred singing and chanting. Sound healing works by bringing your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to reset and your energy field to rebalance. No experience is necessary — simply arrive, lie back, and let the sound carry you. Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional release, spiritual connection, or simply a profound hour of stillness, this experience will meet you exactly where you are. What to bring: 🧘 We’ll be on a concrete floor for both events. We have plenty of yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks for everyone, along with a limited supply of extra cushions — but we’d love for you to bring your own supplies to make a cozy little nest. Soft, fuzzy blankets, pillows, padded mats, air mattresses, reclining lawn chairs, or anything else that will help you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the events. What to expect: The session runs approximately 60 minutes. You are welcome to remain lying down for the duration. Simply close your eyes, breathe, and receive. This is a free event.
