This workshop makes AI practical and approachable for everyday people, while building responsible AI habits from the beginning. ​This 90-minute, hands-on session is designed for people who already use AI, or want to, but know they could be getting much better results from it. Using ChatGPT as the primary learning environment, you'll learn how to: • ​Write prompts that produce clearer, more useful results • ​Give AI the context, direction, and constraints it needs • ​Improve a poor response instead of continually starting over • ​Recognize hallucinations and verify questionable information • ​Protect personal, confidential, and sensitive information • ​Know when AI is useful and when human judgment still needs to take over • ​Discover AI tools beyond ChatGPT, including Claude and Perplexity, and learn how to choose the right tool for different tasks ​The workshop incorporates the PAUSE Principles™, part of The Friction Framework™, so that practical AI skills and responsible use are taught together. No technical background is required. ​Your evening at Better Than Coco: Enjoy the workshop in Better Than Coco's warm, intimate setting — the kind of small-group, community-centered atmosphere that makes it easy to follow along, ask questions, and leave with skills you can use immediately. This is a hands-on workshop, and you'll be using AI during the session.
