FAMILY FUN THAT GIVES BACK We’re building the future of Wapiti Social, our family association and social club, around connection, recurring programming and experiences that are welcoming and accessible to all. When we charge for a family event, ticket proceeds go directly back into this work: funding supplies for the next event, helping provide tools and resources for our families, supporting our teachers and celebrating our staff through appreciation efforts. If you’re able, consider adding an optional donation to our Family Fun & Access Fund at checkout. Contributions help keep our supplies stocked, bring future family experiences to life and sponsor tickets for families who could use support. Every contribution helps create more opportunities for our community to come together. Donations are entirely optional and do not include event admission. If ticket cost is a barrier for your family, please contact the event organizer to ask about ticket support. We want our families to feel welcome and included. PARKING & ARRIVAL Parking at the school is limited. Families may also park at Woodward and walk up to the school. Please allow a little extra time for parking and check-in. Reserve your tickets in advance to help make arrival and check-in easier for everyone. PARENT & MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS WANTED We would love help from parents and middle school students with running carnival booths and concessions. It’s a fun way to get involved and help make the afternoon special for our community. To volunteer, email Sarah at [email protected]. Come one, come all. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
