Hands on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 18 & up Description Working with a small team, you'll make a marvelous Mexican meal in honor of Day of the Dead. Participants will create a classic soup; stuff and grill quail; produce a simple mole; and try their hands at tamales. Then you'll all sit down to enjoy the feast that has been created. For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.
