Becoming the One Conscious Relating Women's Circle Exploring Authentic Connection Through Shadow Work, Self-Awareness, Healing & Conscious Relationships We spend a lot of time thinking about the person we want to find—someone emotionally available, self-aware, communicative, authentic, and willing to grow. But what if we turned the mirror toward ourselves and asked: Am I becoming what I'm seeking? Becoming the One explores how we show up in relationships and what our connections can reveal about our triggers, wounds, expectations, beliefs, defenses, and unconscious patterns. Together we'll explore: • The qualities we seek in others vs. what we embody ourselves • Emotional availability and self-worth • Patterns that keep repeating in our relationships • Where we may abandon ourselves to feel loved, accepted, or chosen • What it means to become a healthier, more conscious partner This isn't about becoming perfect or completely healed. It's about developing the self-awareness to recognize our patterns and make more conscious choices. What to Expect This is an intentional space for self-reflection, meaningful conversation, and connection with other women who are on a similar path of growth and self-discovery. Our time together will include: • Guided discussion around the month's theme • Journaling and reflection to explore what the topic brings up for you personally • Time to go within and listen to what may be asking for your attention • Open dialogue and shared perspectives with other women doing their own inner work You are always invited to participate at the level that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share personal experiences. You don't have to be single or dating to attend. Our relationships with partners, family, friends—and ourselves—can all become mirrors for growth. Each Conscious Relating Women's Circle gathering stands on its own. There is no sequence to follow. Come whenever a topic speaks to you. Lanette Ferguson is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Quantum Healing Arts Practitioner, and founder of Elevate Your Health Vibe. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and a master's degree in Organizational Development, with more than a decade of experience in coaching and personal development. Her understanding of relationships is both professional and deeply personal. Growing up in a home impacted by alcoholism and navigating her own experiences with dysfunctional relationships and codependency led to years of therapy, personal growth, spiritual exploration, and deep self-reflection. Along the way, Lanette learned to use relationships as mirrors—exploring her triggers, wounds, beliefs, and patterns and asking, "What is this showing me about myself?" Drawing from her lived experience and training in Core Energy Coaching, emotional healing, and shadow work, Lanette now creates spaces where women can explore their own relationship patterns with honesty, curiosity, and compassion—and make more conscious choices about how they relate to themselves and others.
