Hands on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 18 & up Description Make a meal of Spanish small plates! In this vegetable-forward class, you'll not only discover how inviting and filling a meatless meal can be, but you'll perfect your techniques as you create a variety of dishes that feature fresh vegetables, cheeses; legumes; and nuts. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine paired with your tapas.
