Healing the Ancestral Line is a guided group hypnosis experience designed to take you beyond the conscious mind to explore your connection with those who came before you—and discover what you may be ready to release, reclaim, and transform. During the journey, you may connect with an ancestor, ancestral presence, or symbolic representation of your lineage and explore: ✨ Patterns or beliefs you no longer wish to carry forward ✨ What may be ready to end with you ✨ Strengths, wisdom, and gifts within your lineage ✨ What you consciously choose to carry forward ✨ What you're ready to create differently in your own life ✨ Messages, symbols, or blessings from your ancestral line At the heart of the journey are three powerful questions: • What ends with me? • What continues through me? • What begins with me? What to Expect You'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat while I guide you through approximately 45 minutes of group hypnosis. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks are provided, and you're welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Afterward, you'll receive guided journal pages created specifically for this journey to help you capture and explore what came through. We'll finish with optional group sharing and reflection. No previous hypnosis or meditation experience is needed. You may experience imagery, emotions, memories, words, symbols, physical sensations, or simply a sense of knowing. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey.
