About Adrienne Ryser Adrienne Ryser—florist and owner of L’Arrosoir, Paris’s oldest flower shop—has florals in her blood: She grew up the daughter of horticulturists in California. After working at a high-end flower shop in West Hollywood, a chance romantic encounter led her to Paris in 2016. There, she fell in love again—this time with L’Arrosoir, a charming flower shop that had been a fixture of the 11th arrondissement for more than a century. Adrienne acquired the shop from its retiring owners and transformed it into one of the city’s most sought-after florists, creating arrangements for highly visible events and celebrities as well as serving loyal neighborhood regulars.
