Beach, Breathe, and A Bite to Eat

An evening for women who are ready to exhale. There’s something magical that happens when women come together. science has even shown that when women gather they reduce their stress and increase their feel good hormones We aren’t meant to do life alone or carry so much alone. So tonight we’ll gather. As women. We start with breathwork on the sand. Breathing in a way that allows you to unclench and unwind from the chaos of life. Then we eat. And in between the bites we’ll have real conversations. Not "so what do you do" small talk. The kind where you say the true thing and allow yourself to truly be witnessed and held in a circle of other women. Come to breathe deeper. Stay for the food, the women, and leave ready to receive more of what you desire. October’s theme: expanding your capacity to receive more of what you desire.This is a FREE event.
