CheeseSmith & AleSmith Pairing Event Come join us at AleSmith Brewing Company for a delicious evening of cheese and beer! Indulge in a variety of CheeseSmith artisan cheeses expertly paired with AleSmith's finest ales. AleSmith owner and cheese maker, Peter Zien, will guide you through each tasting, explaining the flavors and nuances of each pairing. A variety of classic cheese accoutremonts will be provided to compliment and accentuate the tasting experience.
