He came prepared and was able to accommodate extra guests to the class with ease. He promised us the recipe but we have not yet received it, we hope to get that soon so we can try making the gnocchi at home. Rachel ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chef Ben was fantastic. The classpop logistics were not so great. I wish I could review them separately! First, parking was extremely confusing, and classpop gave zero instructions for navigating a complicated university campus with multiple parking structures and no posted parking rules. Second, while we were able to make the gnocchi, the sauce itself was prepared for us. That was a bit of a letdown. The sauce also included onions, which were not advertised on the site, and to which my partner is allergic. Britt ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chef Ben was great! I’d highly recommend this class.
