Meet new people. Hike. Swim. Reset. A small-group guided outdoor experience designed for genuine connection, and meaningful conversation. What if instead of sitting across from strangers trying to make conversation, you walked together, explored somewhere beautiful, moved your body, laughed, talked, and actually connected? That's what Mindexpanse is about. Join us for a Sunday morning coastal adventure combining hiking, nature, intentional conversation, and an optional ocean swim. You'll meet a small group of people who are also looking for something a little more real than the usual social scene. What we'll do Hike. Explore the trail together at a comfortable, social pace. Connect. We'll use simple conversation prompts and shared experiences to move beyond the usual "So, what do you do?" Explore. Take in the coastline, get some fresh air, and experience San Diego from a different perspective. Swim. We'll finish with an optional ocean swim for those who want to get in the water. You don't have to swim if you don't want to. Come for the hike, the people, the conversations, and the experience.
