As a family-owned restaurant in the heart of Encinitas, we're passionate about crafting authentic wood-fired pizzas using thoughtfully sourced, high-quality ingredients—from organic "00" unbleached wheat flour and organic California tomatoes to premium meats and fresh produce. Every pizza is scratch-made, prepared to order, and baked in our 100% wood-burning oven, with dough that's naturally fermented for three days to create its signature flavor and texture.
