Join Nazli for an evening of cacao, sound, and intentional connection as we gather to mark the transition from summer into fall. We'll begin with a cacao ceremony—a warm, grounding ritual centered around presence, reflection, and connection. From there, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath using alchemy bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create a rich, immersive soundscape—an opportunity to quiet the outside world and turn your attention inward. Fall asks us to pay attention to what is changing. We'll use this seasonal turning point to notice what's been growing and feeling nourished, what is no longer serving us, and what deserves our attention and heartfelt energy next.
