This focused two-hour professional connection night brings together business owners, consultants, sales and marketing professionals, real estate professionals, independent operators and other locally active professionals who want to build useful business relationships across San Diego. The goal isn't to collect 30 business cards. It's to identify a smaller number of people you may actually want to reconnect with after the event. Throughout the evening, open networking is combined with structured Connection Rounds, Referral Tables and a simple Connection Card that helps attendees quickly communicate: What I do Who I work with Who I'd like to meet What type of opportunity or connection I'm open to No keynote. No panel. No long presentations. No forced pitching. This gives conversations somewhere useful to start. 2. OPEN CONNECTIONS Start naturally. Meet other attendees, introduce yourself and find out what they're working on. There are no required pitches or forced rotations. 3. REFERRAL TABLES Join small-group tables based on professional interests and connection goals. Possible groups may include: Business Owners & Operators Sales, Marketing & Growth Real Estate & Property Professional Services Technology & Digital Consultants & Independent Professionals Final groups will depend on the attendee mix. Each group uses simple conversation prompts designed to uncover potential professional overlap without turning the experience into speed networking. 4. CONNECTION EXCHANGE Attendees then move into a structured connection period focused on three questions: Who should I reconnect with? Who might I be able to help? Who might know someone I should meet?
