Through a traditional postpartum lens, together we'll explore what mothers truly need during the postpartum period, how partners and support people can show up effectively, and how to create a sustainable plan for your family's transition. This class is designed for expecting parents, but we strongly encourage grandparents, close friends, or anyone who will be part of your postpartum support team to attend. For partners, attendance is required. Postpartum is a community event, not a solo journey.
