All genders learn practical safety skills, bystander intervention, and how to undo the conditioning and systems that cause us to be harmed or do harm, all in a supportive space that boosts confidence and builds community. What You'll Learn During These 3 Hours: • Situational awareness that never blames the victim, plus how to trust your intuition • How to say what you mean and mean what you say (boundary-setting that actually works) • Warning signs in relationships, from red flags to green flags • How to be an active bystander and ally, especially for the guys • Practical physical self-defense: stance, movement, and muscle memory • What personal safety tools actually work (and which ones don't) Format: Lessons, role-play scenarios, and resources throughout, so it's interactive, not just a lecture.
