A Little Space for Me: Bracelet-Making Workshop

Make your own personalised knotted bracelet while slowing down, noticing what’s within, and giving yourself a little space. Sometimes, we get so used to doing, deciding and responding that we forget to pause and check in with ourselves. A Little Space for Me is a small-group bracelet-making workshop that brings together hands-on creativity and mindful moments. You'll learn to make your own personalised knotted bracelet, while exploring a simple practice: NOTICE → PAUSE → CHOOSE As you make, you'll have opportunities to notice what's happening within you — your feelings, thoughts, body sensations, preferences or urges — without needing to analyse or change them. It's simply a little time to slow down, make something with your hands and check in with yourself. What you'll experience • A short guided arrival and introduction to Notice → Pause → Choose • Learn the basic knotting technique • Choose your thread colour, bracelet base and charm • Make your own personalised knotted bracelet • Take some time to notice what you experience as you make • Reflect on what you noticed and where a little pause could be useful in everyday life No experience needed.
