🐅 Sher Club’s first SF Event BADDIES of all genders meet us at Marina Green for a low-impact beach circuit built around running, mobility, agility, and the kind of movement that feels good rather than punishing. ~45 minutes of movement, a cool-down, and hang time after. I'm a former professional tennis player that grew up doing daily beach workouts in Spain, trust, you’re going to leave this event a believer. Sher Club events are a place for people to move, meet, and make wellness feel social. All are welcome. No fitness level to prove. Come solo or bring your emotional support human. This is our first SF event, so it's on us. Space is intentionally exclusive and curated. Come repent for Saturdays sins. 🍑🌊
