A lattice animal is a mathematician's name for a creature made of grid cells. This month, we make the name literal. Each participant brings a mind for a single cell — and single cells don't count. Only animals do. To exist, an animal needs several minds to find each other, agree on a form, and hold it — with no channel but movement, no commitment but position. Every animal is a brief agreement among strangers. Your job is to build a mind worth agreeing with.
