Private AI Infrastructure Dinner The models get the attention. The infrastructure underneath them is where a lot of the real battles are being fought. As AI applications move from demos into production, the questions are changing: How do you make inference faster and cheaper? When do open models actually make sense? What should companies own versus outsource? And where will the next generation of AI infrastructure companies be built? how large the inference layer is becoming? We’re bringing together a small group of AI founders, infrastructure builders, engineers, operators, and investors for an intimate dinner to talk about what’s happening beneath the application layer — without the panels, pitches, or conference noise. Around the Table Expect conversations around: AI inference, serving, and optimization Compute and GPU infrastructure Open vs. closed models Agent infrastructure and orchestration Specialized vs. generalized intelligence AI economics: latency, performance, and cost What founders are actually seeing in production Where investors and builders believe the stack is heading next No formal presentation. No long panels. Just good food and a thoughtfully curated room of people building, buying, and funding the infrastructure AI runs on.
