Recent advances in foundation models and AI agents have created an opportunity to rethink how healthcare is delivered, from the clinician desktop to the insurance back office to the patient experience. Life sciences is entering a similar inflection point, as advances in foundation models, biological data, and increasingly automated experimentation begin to reshape how we understand and engineer biology. From target discovery and molecular design to clinical development, AI is creating new ways to compress the traditional drug development cycle and build entirely new categories of therapeutics and research tools. Throughout the day you'll work directly with venture investors, startup founders, physicians, and operators who spend every day building healthcare companies. Build something that meaningfully improves health. We're less interested in incremental AI wrappers and more interested in products that unlock new capabilities, create new business models, or solve long-standing problems across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.
