SATURDAY 10/3 join us for a SPECIAL EVENT MRC Wellness Run. Saturday's run will be powered by protein-fueled French yogurt brand, La Fermière, to give you some post-run snacking. We’ll have coffee, delicious yogurt, hydration, and giveaways. Run our usual 3, 6 or 10 miles then recovery will be brought to you by La Fermière. You won't want to miss it. See you there!?
