Meditations for Embracing Common Humanity

with Erika Rosenberg & Greg Morris In their next session on our recurring theme of “embracing common humanity,” Erika and Greg will offer gentle guided meditations rooted in Buddhist teachings of compassion (for self and others), mindfulness, and equanimity. We'll practice opening to the humanity we share with others, even those who feel distant or difficult. We'll also take time for reflective discussion on how these practices support connection and well-being in our daily lives and communities. We will visit the joy in recognizing yourself in another person, about feeling part of the same family.
