The marketing teams we know range from one person working closely with outside partners to a small internal group with a broad remit. Reserved for Marketing Operators brings those people together to compare how they organize the work and build toward ambitious goals. We’re keeping the group small so everyone has the chance to talk comfortably. We think of it as an anti-networking event. You’ll have a seat and enough time to get past the usual introductions. One of Krista’s favorite sommeliers will guide the tasting throughout the evening. We’ll help guide the conversation, with a few special guests joining the table to share what they’ve seen and learned. We’re interested in how small teams decide where to focus. We’ll compare notes on what’s working and share a few things we’ve each learned the hard way.
