Rue de Rêve and Scott will introduce you to their three distinctive expressions - Blanc, Rosé, and Rouge - and show you how each one can be sipped and savored, or transformed into five delicious, seasonal cocktails. You'll shake, stir and sip as Scott guides you behind the bar, using fresh seasonal ingredients and an assortment of edible herbs and flowers to create beautiful, aromatic garnishes. He'll share his favorite techniques for creating lovely drinks of your own. Rue de Rêve will send you home with recipes and a mini-size bottle to enjoy at home. No experience necessary.
