Soul Motion Lab Pop Up with Valerie Chafograck

Valerie Chafograck is doing it again. Soul Motion Pop Up - October 2026. See you at the church! Soul Motion Lab Pop Up with Valerie Chafograck Beloved Community, Thank YOU for showing up in June for a special reunion. Having the opportunity to be in service, see, hug, dance, and pray with each of you was medicine for my heart. Our community showed up and dropped in with the special flavor and presence we cultivated over years on the dance floor together. Thank you to everyone who came. We had such a meaningful time, we are going to do it again! Another night of gathering in community to practice being with what’s moving and what is still. A new opportunity to attune to the field, to gather for the medicine that dancing is for us in those unprecedented times. We come to play; we come to pray. We come to connect with ourselves and each other in the healing and celebration, the joy and grief, and with everything that is ready to emerge from our bodies and our souls. I would be delighted to see you and hug you and dance my heart out with you. Come family - let's love each other up! With heart, Valerie.
