And your breath is a portal to all of it. In this workshop, we're walking into the portal together. Please note, this workshop requires completion of Tantric Date Night (Part 1). In Tantric Date Night (Part I), you learned to slow down, drop in, and feel the current of erotic energy that moves through breath, touch, and presence. Tantric Date Night (Part 2) builds on that foundation by weaving in one of the most powerful tools in the Urban Tantra toolkit: breath & energy org@sms 💫 Together we'll explore: • Tantric foundations (revisit + deepen): breath, touch, sound, and presence as pathways to erotic connection • Activated breath: deep breathing to open the portal to your unconscious mind and deeper feeling-states • Sounding: explore the full range of sound to expand and move energy through your body • Body expression: deepen internal sensation and build energy from within • Visualization and energy movement: learn to move and direct your eros in and around the body • Guided breath & energy orgasms journey: a full immersive practice held in a thoughtfully-crafted sacred space • Integration and aftercare: sharing circle, journaling, and practices to take the work home What might you feel during breathwork? Some attendees describe it as champagne bubbles rising through the body, or bees buzzing in the belly. Others find it opens a spaciousness to move through emotion they've been carrying. Some simply rest in pure stillness. Some experience profound states of pleasure. It's all beautiful, it's all welcome. Please note that breathwork is contraindicated for anyone that is pregnant, has a history of cardiovascular disease, experiences seizures or other brain/neurological conditions. Tantric Date Night Part 2 builds directly on those foundations we learn in Part 1. • This is a R-rated space: everyone keeps their clothes on the entire evening, including the teachers, but this event is ⚡️highly charged ⚡️ • It's a solo experience (and you'll take your eros home with you). The work is deeply sensual, not sexual; this is not a dating event. • Ticket price is $65/person and includes a custom workbook + at-home practice resources. • The Green Yogi requires floor seating. Certified in Urban Tantra and as a Sex Educator, with a Master's in Gender Studies from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a queer, kinky Tantrika offering online pleasure education, sacred sexuality events, and coaching for individuals and couples of all orientations. Christopher Frier Brown, LCSW, CST has over 20 years in practice as a Psychotherapist and Sex Therapist. His work draws on training at the Baylor College of Medicine, The Menninger Clinic, the Gottman Institute, and University of Michigan's Sexual Health Certificate Program. He works with individuals and couples on mental health and relational challenges, including non-monogamy and building what he calls "rockstar relationships."
