The Art of Artsy Black People Exhibition

Come celebrate the art of Artsy Black People. An exhibition highlighting the work of the artists that make up our collective. Come celebrate the art from the artists that make up Artsy Black People. Started in 2024 with the desire to offer Black artists models that reflected them and their art, Artsy Black People was created to help rectify the issue of limited figure drawing sessions featuring Black models in the Bay Area. What started as figure drawing sessions has grown into a community and a safe space for Black creatives and art lovers to come together, create, connect, and breathe freely. A space created for us, by us, where we can meet new people, explore art, and celebrate the beauty of the us. Now, we want to celebrate the art created along the way. Join us for an exhibition showcasing artwork from the artists who make up our collective and have participated in our figure drawing sessions. Come see what we’ve created together.
